"Helpful Staff, Shipping Was a Bit Slow"
I had a question about a part for my Mustang, i wasn’t even sure if I was asking the right thing at first. The staff actually knew what they were talking about though, not just reading some generic info off a screen. They helped me figure out the right fit quickly. I’m giving 4 stars because the shipping felt a little slow, although maybe I’m just being impatient. Either way, the service itself was solid

"Shipping showed up way faster than I was ready for"
I ordered a few parts from cjponyparts.com and the shipping kind of shocked me. I got the tracking info right away, and then the box showed up a couple days earlier than I expected, which felt like some kind of delivery miracle. Everything was packed well and nothing looked beat up or thrown around, so that was a huge relief. I'm giving 4 stars only because the tracking was a little slow to update at first and I was dramatically refreshing it like my life depended on it. But overall, no real complaints at all.

My order showed up with one of the parts damaged in the box. CJ Pony Parts did respond and they sent out a replacement, which I appreciated. It just took a few emails and more waiting than I was expecting. Not a terrible experience, but it was definitely frustrating when I was trying to get the car back together.

"Good Quality for the Money"
I ordered a few parts for my Mustang they were worth it. Everything showed up looking solid, the fit was right, and none of it felt cheap or flimsy. For the price, I’d say the quality is definitely there. I’m happy with the order and would buy from CJ again

"Parts actually fit my Mustang"
Ordered a few parts for my Mustang. The fitment checker said they’d work for my year, but I was still kind of unsure. You know how that goes. But yeah. It was right. Everything lined up like it was supposed to. No weird trimming. No guessing. No standing there wondering if I ordered the wrong thing. Just fit, bolted up, done. nice when that happens. I’d order from them again.

The shipping cost was fair, which is weirdly refreshing these days. I’m so used to getting to checkout and suddenly the shipping is more than the actual item, so this was a nice change. No dramatic surprise fees, no eye-roll moment, just a reasonable shipping price. Wish more places would figure this out

"Order Was Right, Box Was a Little Rough"
I gave CJ Pony Parts 4 stars because my order was accurate and everything matched what I picked online. I ordered a few Mustang parts and, like anyone would, I was a little worried some small item or part number might be off. But everything showed up correctly and nothing was missing. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that the box was a bit beat up when it arrived. Common sense says that happens sometimes in shipping, and luckily nothing inside was damaged. Overall, I’m happy with the order.

Needed a couple parts for my Mustang. Nothing crazy, just stuff I couldn’t seem to find in stock anywhere else. Checked cjponyparts.com and they actually had them. No backorder mess, no waiting around wondering when it would ship. Ordering was simple too. i was just glad to find the parts without the usual hassle. I’d probably check here first next time.

I accidentally ordered the wrong part for my Mustang and was fully expecting the exchange to be a whole ordeal, but CJ Pony Parts made it ridiculously easy. They replied quickly and got the right part sent out without any drama or hassle. it was way smoother than I thought it would be. I’d definitely order from them again.

I had to send back a part that didn’t fit my car, i was expecting the refund process to drag on like these things usually do. To their credit, it actually showed up quickly once they got the item back, which was a nice surprise. The return instructions could definitely be clearer, but for a process I didn’t have high hopes for, it turned out fine.
